Parents,

Our Student Ministry has a full year of events planned. Watch for sign-up forms available for different events. Forms are located in the Student Ministry Office and in the Student Area upstairs in the Family Life Center.

We need your help with the following:

•  When your student(s) signs up for events, make sure that the form and check/cash is placed in one of the Student Envelopes provided in the Student Ministry Office and in the Student Area. Turn in the envelope to the Student Ministry Office or place it in the mailbox provided in the Student Area.

•  Sign up as early as possible so we can plan accordingly. We have to send in deposits early to hold our spots on many events, so you can see why it is important to sign up early and get your deposit in early.

•  Make sure we have a Medical Release Form (available in the Student Ministry Office) and a copy of your insurance card on file.
